⁠You can find us located nextdoor to Milla café in Almancil, directly opposite Butchers. If you can't find parking right out front, there is a whole car park area if you drive just beyond the studio and turn right less than 50m up, just before the petrol station. From the car park, walk through the terrace at Milla and you’ll find us.

Our opening hours vary depending on what time our classes are! Your best bet is to check our class schedule (linked) to see when classes are. From October 2026, we're opening softly, with a reduced schedule to see how the space works. From 2027, we will have more concrete opening hours listed.

No, we have a full set of beautiful, high quality yoga mats for you to use. That being said, if you prefer to use your own, you are most welcome to bring it.

Comfortable clothes to move in. We do not have a changing area or shower facility, you're welcome to use our bathroom to change. For a faster style class, it may get warm. If you are coming to practice Yin Yoga, you may want an extra layer, jumper, scarf to keep your body cosy.
